| Orders and Delivery Please place your order, with the bear's descriptive title (e.g.'14 inch Golden Hairy Bear'), using the email facility or the telephone number on the Contact Us page.
- If you have a special request for a particular type of bear you have seen here but in a different material, or of a different size, or for a young person friendly bear, please contact Brendan for a quotation.
- For UK orders, payment by PayPal, cheque ( payable to Brendan's Bears ) or postal order is welcomed. For overseas orders, payment by PayPal only is accepted.
- Please state your intended method of payment and your name, address and postcode on your email order. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, the payment address will be sent with your order confirmation. If you wish to use Paypal, a payment request will be sent with your order confirmation.
- Confirmation of your order will be sent by email (or by post, if you prefer). Once your order is confirmed, full payment, including delivery charge, is required.
- The delivery charges quoted are for UK delivery and include packing, delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service and insurance.
- Your order will be posted once your cheque is cleared or your PayPal payment is verified.
- Delivery charges for overseas delivery can be quoted. Please enquire by email for current rates.
- You may wish to order a bear similar to one on the website but of a different type or colour of mohair or in a different size. If so, please remember that each bear is hand made and may not appear exactly as in the image on the website.
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your bear, you may return it in its original condition within fourteen days for a full refund including the original delivery charge. Should you wish to return your bear, please contact Brendan via email.
