Brendan trained as a tailor and has been designing and crafting individually handmade, collectible bears since December 2006. All but the smallest of Brendan's bears are made from mohair, have suede, ultra suede, or cashmere paw pads, are filled with heavyweight polyester and are often partly plastic pellet, glass bead or steel shot filled.
Brendan's one-of-a-kind bears are intended for adult collectors. Each bear is traditionally constructed with glass eyes and cotterpin joints and, therefore,
not recommended for people under 14 years of age. However, Brendan will happily make young person friendly bears to order.
All of Brendan's bears are made to consistently high standards of craftsmanship,
with great attention to detail, resulting in unique characters
to treasure for years to come.
